Our ROM - 28th June 2009 (Sun)
Finally... After 7yrs & 2 days of pak-toring, we have tied the knot! =)
Its been a long journey and not a smooth sailing one definitely. But we have overcome most obstacles and the day we have been waiting for is finally here. Exchanging rings and vows with our loved ones and dear friends around us is no longer a dream only.
I hope we have proven that love can overcome all and how deep and true our love is for each other. I am also thankful for supportive friends and relatives who have made this day possible. Not am I only touched by their sincerity, but also their generosity. Thanks a lot for your well wishes and for making me feel like a princess on this special day.
Special thanks to Grace and Jocelyn for helping out at the reception table. You gals rock and really appreciate your time and effort.
Thanks to Cammie & James for the lovely Precious Moments Figurine and angbao.
Thanks to Annie, Bixin, Grace, Jocelyn, Alan, Yeo & Michelle (did I miss out anyone?), for their Precious Moments Figurine and angbao.
Thanks to Charlene, Meilin & Sharon (Sim) for the Ikea vouchers (very useful!), angbao and ring pillow.
Thanks to Linda for the pretty dining set with purple design! Keke...
Thanks to all other friends and relatives (sorry, too many to list all) for the angbaos!
Thanks to Tzuen for the video taking.
Thanks to Sharon (Chew) for being the emcee, looking forward to your wedding in Sept! Appreciate your assurance and kind words. =)
And as what Meilin mentioned, my Schenker gal frens are all chio! My PIA gal frens are equally pretty!
Hope Gracie finds someone who loves her and she loves him as well soon since she caught the hand bouquet, haha! And, no... Saving Chloe is not an excuse, lol... 大笨嫁出去了,到小笨了!
Thanks to everyone who has made this special day even more meaningful for me and Jimmy.
Ermm, and please forgot about the left/right hand episode can? =p
Oh ya, Happy Birthday to Auntie Lily! Thanks for attending with Uncle Richard as well though its your birthday.
Of course I felt very touched and emotional during the solemnisation (I guess I disappointed you people when I didn't cry, lol) but I am equally touched by your presence and making me laugh.
And just to relive the moment again...
"I vow to to keep my love, as pure as it is today.
In your laughter and your tears, in your sickness and your health,
In your comfort and your fear, in your poverty and your wealth.
I promise to be true to you, I promise to cherish you.
With this ring as a token, I now marry you."
