Alright, leave has ended and I'm back to work officially. Lotsa new stuff/procedures to learn and I'm kindda a little lost at the moment. Previously was in Airfreight Import CS, now though job title is the same but in different dept and different job scope.
Re-capped of what I had done/not done during the past week...
1) Manicure/Pedicure - Done gel extensions for my toenails only, half accomplished!
2) Shop till I drop (Done it today, but nothing much bought) - Overspend and over budget liao, really really broke now. Sob sob....
3) Take good care of my face (lotsa pimples) - Eh, not really.. Still got pimples... =x
4) Zzzz... No more alarms at 0710hrs, Mon-Sat - Sort of slept in but irregular hrs...
5) Rest & Relax - Ideal Scenario: Sipping mocha @ Starbucks while doing reading on a wkday afternoon with noone disturbing. Ahhhh, peace! - Nope... Did drink mocha at Starbucks but was after dinner, catching up with ML and was having a headache... *sulk*
6) Blog as often as I can - Did not blog at all... sigh...
Ling is back at last, went out with her today to watch Broadway Beng Returns. It was really good and funny. Had a good laugh and enjoyed myself a lot, especially those Hokkien phrases and jokes were really so close to life. It was equally good as Broadway Beng last year, maybe better. Me and Ling even managed to get a pic with Sebastian Tan after the show!
Went to have dinner after that and had lotsa food. Fried tofu, fried intestines, braised meat with rice, meat ball, fried salted chicken etc. Phew, really stuffed ourselves silly.
Went shopping after that, hehe! Wanted to get some heels/sandals at URS and everything was either OOS or left display set only. In the end, I didn't buy, though Ling bought a few pairs I suppose.
Went on to GG>5 and I got a white cotton knitted top with yellow horizontal stripes across the upper half of the top. Went on to 木 (Mu) and got another interesting black top. Total damage for both tops - close to $100... =x After that was on to M)phosis, but we didn't get anything there.
Last stop - Drinks at Far East Square. My goodness, I seriously dunno how long we walked but I could feel my legs breaking and screaming for help... Walking from Bugis to Far East Square was no mean feat especially in heels. Argh... My feet are still so sore till now. I had ice teh cino, Ling had teh halia and BF had ice kopi. Sat around to enjoy our drinks, but apparently Ling and BF's drink were not too good and had to add HL milk to make it taste better. Poor them, but my drink was perfectly alright! Hehe... Ling and BF were joking that the drinks uncle liked me better, but my drink was made last!
After chatting and finishing our drinks, we grabbed a cab and I went home first while Ling went on to the airport to pick up her maid. Lotsa jokes/chatting/crap again on the cab and lotsa laughter.
Might be meeting up with Ling again tmr to do lunch or wat and evening will be gog to collect the clothes I ordered from SG spree. Hope it turns out nice!
