Went for my massage session today, have lost another 0.8 kgs and 6.0 cm compared to last wk! So far, total of 1.7kgs and 20.5 cm lost! Shall work harder and try very hard to control my diet!!

Watched a pretty exciting competition between a few clubs today. Kindda tired now from all that standing. No confirmed plans for tmr yet, shall see how it goes when I wake up tmr bah. Now just wanna catach some beauty sleep. Yawnz.... Zzzz....



Not in a very gd mood. Things kindda went wrong after work today. I haf managed to left on time today, hoping to reach town early. In the end, lotsa waiting for bus and MRT. I used almost 2 hrs to reach town, kaoz. Damn bloody pissed off.

In one of my depression moods cos of some matters. Feeling damn down and 自卑 now. Guess no matter how hard I try, I'll just never be pretty enough. So wat if I manage to slim down in the end? I'm just plain ugly. I hate my looks. Arghz... No wonder my mum always said I'm ugly. I'll never be the centre of attraction, I'll never be pretty... Damn, life is so unfair at times. Why do some ppl just have all the luck?

Just realised I have not blogged for almost 2 wks le. Cos I was too tired last wk to do any updates. Was clocking 14hrs work on for 5 days in 2 wks. Sigh, I hate work now. Got the temptation to tender liao. Haiz...

Went for my 2nd slimming massage today. Almost the same as the previous one, but the consultant this time was better, decided that I will ask her to do it for me for my next session. Got psychoed to buy some lotion again, sob sob. 10 bottles abt $200 after discount. OMG... Its supposed to make my cellulite smaller and help me slim down faster and maintain, something like tt lah. Before the treatment started, my weight was taken again. Guess what?

I lost 0.7 kgs already compared to the weight taken last session. After the session, I had lost 7cm allover compared to the previous session's measurements! Hehe. At least there is some loss in cm lah... Hope everything goes smoothly and I can lose weight fast bah. They also gave me a list of food with the calories indicated. According to her, I should only consume 1200 calories per day. Shall try to stick to it bah. Was given a food diary to keep record of what I eat too. Wah, like so troublesome. Haiz, no choice loh. Working hard to slimmer me! Gambatte!! p(^_^)q
