Grrr, I feel like roaring...
The ERA agent is giving me problems and I am not getting my money back which was what we agreed on. Its none of my bloody business that the seller never pay her the full amount because she didn't do a good job. The fact is: 1) She really did not do a good job. 2) I paid our share of commission in full and because of mutual trust, we agreed she will give us back the amount agreed on.
Then like its not enough heart attack. I received email from the vendor for wedding favours saying my orders are ready for collection.
WTH! I never even place the order yet
loh. I said clearly on 22/Apr in the email I only need 40-45
pcs and she tell me my 50
pcs ready,
faintz.
I didn't even confirm anything and even said I will confirm last week or this week only when the guests RSVP.
Aiyoh.. *slap forehead*
In the end, I even quote and unquote my email because she likes to send a fresh email
every time.
Seriously don't know how people work nowadays. What happened to professionalism and following up?!? I guess being in customer service makes me less tolerant of bad service... =x
