The big day for Cammie & her hubby, James! After 9.5yrs of 爱情长跑, they have finally tied the knot. Feel so happy for them and wishing them a blissful marriage life, 永远相亲相爱，早生贵子。Din manage to use take photos with her using my hp though, hehe. Post it when its ready from the professional photographer bah~
I was on half day leave (not really half day when I could only leave at 2+pm), went home to shower & change and met Hubby around 5pm to go Paragon first.
There was a Gucci sale going on, so went to take a look. The only thing that caught my fancy was a wristlet but its too much to pay for a wristlet that I won't have much chance to use. The others were way too ex for me (poor Brenbren).
As it was still early, we went to sit down and Starbucks for coffee and snack.

As usual, me & Hubby got asked the same qns by a few, haha. Thks for the concern ah, but as I said, not up to me to decide leh, hehe. Cammie looked so pretty and her gowns are so chio! Envy, envy, envy~ The food spread was good also and there were more than enough for everyone else.
When we were served the prawns, Hubby became a production worker at factory, lol. The bowls of prawns were all ready for him to "unload", process and finished products for each person, hehe. Dinner ended with all of us feeling very full and satisfied. =)

My Saturday on day, was a bit tired but still had to drag my feet to work. Michelle & me chatted about quite a lot of things ranging from bf to shopping etc. We took bus and MRT together on the way back also. Meilin had sms me earlier on to asked if I wanna meet up in the evening at Orchard, so I asked Hubby and he was ok with it. Since it was still early, I bought lunch to his place first.
After lunch, we watched the pre-recorded programmes which we usually can't see on weekdays. Lazed around a bit before setting out. Was supposed to meet Meilin at the Ben & Jerry's event but she told us it was too crowded and the Q was very long, so we met her at Plaza Singapura instead.

We shopped around for quite a while and I bought 2 new pairs of footwear plus a x'mas pressie. Time to do my x'mas shopping before the mad rush. The shoe shop was called Image Turn and guess what? I got membership card for it! Haha... 1 more card to my collection.
We had dinner at 新旺香港茶餐厅. We ordered eel porridge, mee sua with luncheon meat & egg, pork chop, fried wantons and chicken wings. For drinks, Hubby had ice grass jelly, Meiling had lychee ice blended and I had ice lychee tea. While waiting for food, I took photos again, haha.

In case you're wondering abt the rest of the food, we were too hungry and forgot all abt taking photos, lol. We shared all the food so that we could have a variety and tried a bit of everything. The mee sua was nice and smooth, the luncheon meat was so good (almost taste like Ma Ling), cripsy on the outside.
Pork chop was not bad, nothing fantastic but still nice. Eel porridge was so unique! The eel is sweet and the porridge is a little salty so it went very well together. First time I'm eating this and I will definitely try again in future.
We had a good chat, catching up, joking etc. I miss times like this. Its been some time since we met up cos of work, mainly due to my schedule. Mmm, if Charlene was there, it would be more fun also. Miss our “全家人”outings a lot.
We chatted about a lot of topics, from updates of our current life, "the maid" (nick for someone, not real maid), responsibility of a gal & guy if the gal gets preg when they are still teenagers till pre-marital sex etc. Lol... No no, we're not dirty minded or what, more of touched on the religion side of it. Hubby is Christian and Meilin is Buddhist while I'm a free-thinker. So it was really quite interesting from each other's point of view.
Though things got a little heated when chatting about the guy & gal responsibility. But I suppose that's how true friends are, able to share and talk freely about what we think and feel. =)
Hope that we can catch up again some time soon. Ling is coming back on 12th Dec, so probably will arrange to meet up with her and Meilin!
